Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on IT Director to lead all aspects of IT operations, system integrations, and technology implementations. This role will initially be a one-person powerhouse, managing everything from help desk support to ERP, WMS, and demand planning system rollouts. While technical expertise is essential, contracted software and NetSuite developers will provide coding support as needed. Within 6-12 months, the IT team will expand, adding 1-2 team members to support ongoing operations and growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role for a proactive leader ready to streamline systems and drive efficiency in a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Implementation

• Complete NetSuite ERP implementation, configuration, and optimization to ensure seamless business operations.
• Oversee and manage third-party NetSuite developers for scripting and system customizations.
• Ensure third-party applications and plugins integrate smoothly with NetSuite.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) with NetSuite.
• Implement and integrate a demand planning tool to improve inventory forecasting and supply chain efficiency.

Systems Integration & API Management

• Ensure seamless data flow across all company systems (ERP, WMS, Shopify, demand planning, and Microsoft 365) to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and real-time decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations to improve performance and efficiency.

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Oversee IT security, network management, and infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure operations.
• Develop and optimize reporting tools and automation workflows to enhance data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Manage Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including user accounts, security policies, and cloud services.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle, procurement, and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective and scalable solutions for hardware, software, and infrastructure needs.
• Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery plans are in place and up to date.

Help Desk & User Support

• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues.
• Set up and maintain workstations, VPNs, and access controls.
• Develop IT policies, procedures, and best practices to support company-wide efficiency.
• Plan for future IT team expansion and help onboard new team members as BodyHealth grows.

E-Commerce & Plugin Management

• Oversee Shopify integrations, plugins, and automation tools to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure smooth digital operations.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of IT experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing.
• Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP, including implementation and customization.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations, EDI, and system mapping.
• Experience managing Shopify integrations, plugins, and automation tools.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with IT security, networking, and infrastructure management.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across a growing organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
