The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
Part of a global team that executes both short- and long-term plans and programs to ensure the profitable growth and expansion of the Company.
Understand the competitive dynamics of U.S. Channel industry including OEM / ODM Business Model and prepare company strategic planning for Sales and Marketing in the U.S.
Develop and execute sales strategies and reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, and pricing trend.
Grow existing key customer accounts.
Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows to generate leads and develop customer relationships and maintain / manage accounts.
Contract Negotiation (MDSA, SOW, etc.).
Prepare marketing and sales activity reports and others as required.
Manage day-to-day sales operations.
Qualifications
7 - 10 years of industry experience with an emphasis on sales or engineering.
Track record of years of progressively advancing account management and / or business development experience.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of global supply chain business models.
A good understanding of Industrial Device development, manufacturing and service.
Prior experience in a multinational environment and strong intercultural skills.
Ability to work together as a team and communicate well internally and externally, both written and spoken with a high regard for adequate reporting and customer relationship management.
Ability to target and qualify new opportunities and help guide these projects to design win.
Detailed knowledge of the R&D and manufacturing process.
The ability to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Ability to successfully influence senior level management, executives and key clients.
Professional working proficiency in Chinese Mandarin and English is preferred.
