What You'll Do
- Carry out critical aseptic operations and oversee meticulous biological manufacturing processes, ensuring consistency with cGMP compliance.
- Streamline production by operating and maintaining key machinery, and utilizing SAP/MES technology.
- Expertly handle equipment malfunctions and resolve procedural issues promptly.
- Oversee in-process controls, uphold cleanliness and perform environmental assessments.
- Actively enhance productive safety protocols within the manufacturing area.
- Investigate technical disruptions, craft solutions, and ensure equipment functionality.
- Assist with comprehensive evaluations of standard operating procedures and essential documentation.
- Review production records with a keen eye for accuracy and regulatory alignment.
- Spearhead initiatives for manufacturing process improvements.
- Strengthen team capabilities through targeted training efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or corresponding field.
OR
- Associate Degree in science or related training with at least two years of on-the-job experience in a regulated production site.
OR
- Possess a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of three years' direct experience in operations or production.
