Key Responsibilities
As a HVAC Technician Specialist, you will prioritize and perform maintenance activities or operate and monitor equipment, investigating and troubleshooting issues with minimal guidance. You will also interpret and review utility, process system/equipment, plumbing, ductwork plans, architectural, and HVAC P&IDs with limited guidance. Additional duties include maintaining an up-to-date working spare parts inventory system for equipment/systems, completing operational log paperwork, daily log files, and work order documentation, and performing 'Housekeeping' activities (i.e., keeping work areas clean, cleaning of equipment).
