As a Business Development and Program Capture professional at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will be responsible for leading business development and related program management activities for analytic intelligence solutions throughout the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense (DoD).
- Develop capture strategies for new business opportunities and for re-competes of existing programs
- Serve as proposal manager or leads proposal activities for assigned opportunities as required
- Identify and establish strategic relationships with industry and government customers
- Responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities within the DIA, IC and DoD space
- Conduct competitive assessments on opportunities; make recommendations on teaming partners and draft teaming agreements appropriate for specific opportunities
- Prepare status reports and capabilities briefings for Senior Management
- Maintain appropriate records, metrics and documentation; track, monitor, and report data to support business development
- Maintains key business development contacts with current and potential customers and teammates
- Evaluates and manages new business opportunities, initiatives, and partnerships
- Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs
- Serves as capture manager for assigned opportunities
- Advises executive leadership on status or actions required for existing and potential business development opportunities
- Develops and administers schedules, opportunity pipeline, capture plans and is responsible for budgets.

Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more year's related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD 9 years' related work experience, Master 12 years' related work experience, 18 year's related work experience, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret (TS)/Special Compartmented Information (SCI) with Polygraph clearance
- 10 years of business development, government sales/marketing experience
- Domain experience with the DIA, IC and DoD programs
- Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and assisting capture and proposal efforts in support of winning large, technology-based solutions contracts within the Federal Government with emphasis on the DIA & Intelligence Community.
- 10 yrs Program/Project Management Experience
- Proven experience in leading a multi-vendor environment
- Knowledge of major industry competitors
Desired Qualifications:
- Capture and Proposal Success: Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and assisting capture and proposal efforts in support of winning large, technology-based solutions contracts within the Federal Government with emphasis on DoD agencies
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement growth strategies, identify market trends, and assess competitive landscapes.
- Networking Abilities: Skill in building and maintaining professional relationships with potential customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Proven leadership experience managing large and complex programs and contracts (e.g. Value >$100M)
- Time Management and Organization: Effectively managing time and resources to maximize productivity and meet deadlines
Telework/Remote Availability: Telework could be approved on a part-time basis

Summary Pay Range:
