Inside Sales - Manufacturing
Boerger, LLC is an established Rotary Equipment manufacturer looking to fill the role of Project Manager at our Chanhassen, MN office. This is a technical role focused on supporting new and existing customers, within our various markets. The position carries a flexible hybrid work model that supports an in-office and remote schedule. Below is a list of responsibilities and qualifications (sufficient experience and talent will also be considered).
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Review and understand technical specifications/plan drawings
- Become knowledgeable on Boerger's product offerings
- Provide consultative sales and technical support to customers
- Provide proposals and supporting documents, meeting the deadlines of bid requirements
- Build customer relationships in a professional manner through solution-oriented communication, service, and support
- Answer and respond promptly to customer calls/emails
- Accountable for ensuring orders are entered into the ERP system and CRM databases
Position Requirements:
- Working experience in a technical sales / project management
- Strong mechanical aptitude, with experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills, detail oriented
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous exposure to ERP & CRM systems preferred
