Job Overview
We are a 3 person office; two agents and one account manager. We are seeking a driven and responsible individual to serve as a customer service representative. Currently, the ideal candidate will fill this role part-time; however, there is room to grow into a full time account manager position. We are not looking for previous experience, we are more than willing to train. Eventually, we will need you licensed in P&C but this is not a requirement to start.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner. We have a reputation for being responsive and personable.
- Assist clients with payment information and policy questions.
- Complete quotes and endorsements, while maintaining proper documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and report to office management for assignments and tasks.
Who you are
- Tech Savvy; ability to use dual monitors, VoIP, learn different carrier and management system interfaces.
- Dedicated, driven, and motivated to get tasks done.
- Responsible and reliable.
Who we are
As mentioned previously, we are a three person office. This means that chemistry is quite important. We're pretty laid back when it comes to dress, unless a client is scheduled to come in. We believe in working hard so we can play hard.
