Intake Specialist

Boesen & Snow Law is a law firm located in Scottsdale, AZ with a focus on health, pharmacy, and life sciences law. Clients include individual healthcare providers and corporations related to healthcare delivery and support. Boesen & Snow employs eight attorneys and seven other professional staff members. Summary

Boesen & Snow has an immediate opening for an Intake Specialist. This position is the point of first contact for potential new clients; from web submission forms to telephone calls, this intake specialist will work with a potential new client to ensure they have the best experience possible from introduction to engagement with the firm. You will work with the Client Engagement Specialist and report to the Firm Administrator.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to gather relevant information and assess their legal needs;
• Collect and organize detailed case information, including personal data, documentation, and any relevant evidence;
• Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents, forms, and correspondence related to client intake and case initiation;
• Input and maintain accurate client and case information in the firm’s case management system;
• Create and maintain physical and electronic case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible;
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, consultations, and follow-ups between clients and attorneys;
• Perform conflict-of-interest checks to ensure no potential issues arise with representing new clients;
• Ensure all client information is handled in compliance with legal and ethical standards for confidentiality and data protection;
• Other projects and assignments, as assigned.
