The Administrative Assistant will support the administrative needs of senior leader(s) within specific areas of the Bloomingdale's organization. Essential Functions
- Proactively maintain and coordinate executive calendars including scheduling of virtual and in-person meetings
- Book travel and coordinate travel agendas with store, central, and vendor partners. Partner with Macy's Travel as needed.
- Reconcile and submit executive expense reports for travel and other business needs in Macy's expense system
- Maintain equipment for virtual broadcasts and remote meetings; ensure functionality and set-up.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years related experience
- Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels
- Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
- Detail oriented
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional standing
- Occasionally requires walking, bending, reaching, hearing and talking
- Continuous use of computers and other office equipment
- Frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs.
