Position Overview
We are looking for a Fire Safety Coordinator to ensure the safety and compliance of ByteDance’s offices with fire safety regulations.
The Fire Safety Coordinator will oversee fire safety-related tasks, including fire hazard inspections, patrols, rectifications, fire drills, and compliance with fire safety regulations. The candidate must have experience in coordination roles within fire safety, security, EHS, or facilities management.

Essential Job Functions
- Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular fire safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with local and national fire safety regulations.
- Coordinate fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Provide fire safety training to employees and staff.
- Maintain and update fire safety equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with emergency services and local authorities.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to fire safety activities.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and international fire codes
- Proven experience in coordination roles (fire safety, security, EHS, or facility management)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in fire safety (OSHA, NFPA, NEBOSH, IOSH)
- Experience in BPO, corporate security, or facilities management
- Familiarity with fire safety reporting tools and audit documentation
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
