Job Description: We are looking for a professional field supervisor to manage interior renovation projects in the Maryland/DC/Northern Virginia Area. The selected candidate will be managing field electricians, vendors and subcontractors. Strong computer literacy is required as we use web-based software and tablets for reporting, coordination and record keeping. Please provide references relative to the position - project managers, clients, etc. The ideal candidate is someone who may be relatively new to supervising projects, but is looking for the opportunity to grow their career.

Responsibilities:
- In charge of many skill levels of electricians and place them on tasks at their skill level
- Establishing and adjusting work sequences to meet the service/construction schedule for the project.
- Plans, Organizes and coordinates delivery or scheduling of project materials and equipment.
- Performing code calculations.
- Reading and interpreting specifications, plans and contract documents and preparing sketches of proposed work.
- Analyzing and resolving work related problems.
- Setting, monitoring and enforcing standards in safety, quality, productivity and leadership.
- Conducting daily jobsite safety and quality control inspections to ensure jobsite and employee safety
- Ensuring that all deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner.
- Coordinating work with other Trades and Sub-Contractors on the job site.
- Executing daily reports regarding the job progress and any problems encountered
- Holding others accountable for production and quality.
- Conduct daily morning briefings with your work force to set tasks, goals and receive any questions that may arise
- Managing your workforce to ensure they work the hours established by Bogan & Associates
- Demonstrate and Uphold the company’s Core Values (Accountability, Commitment, Ownership, and Integrity and Teamwork)
- All skills and duties necessary for Electrician III.
Skills:
· At least three years as a supervisor managing crews and schedules.
· Active journeyman or master electrician license.
· OSHA-10 Certification
· Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements.
· Managing project schedules
· Communication & Interpersonal skills
· Computer Skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Pay and Benefits:
· $30.00 - $40.00 per hour to Start. Based on experience and projects run.
