We have an immediate need for a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3 - 5 years of experience for our Orlando office with experience with Construction Law and handling hearings and depositions to join our talented team and build our increasingly busy Commercial Litigation practice.

Job Description Role and Responsibilities· Diligently prepare cases, legal strategies, and legal correspondence.
· Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
· Experience with electronic discovery tools.
· Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
· Conduct legal research and analysis to provide advice and guidance to clients.
· Develop an expert-level understanding of our client cases.
· Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
· Draft motions and briefs with minimal supervision.
· Manage various projects and deadlines and prepare, and revise documents.
· Be able to explain legal terminology to clients succinctly in a timely manner.
· Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions.
· Develop solutions to complex legal questions.
· Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals, deadlines, and objectives.
· Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
· Comply with Bogin, Munns and Munns policies and procedures.
· Partner with colleagues to share information, resolve client issues, and support all client projects.
· Regularly effectively communicate with clients regarding procedural, case processing issues, and case strategy.
· Supervise the work of paralegal staff and legal assistant in record keeping and document preparation to ensure no mistakes are made.
Qualifications and Education Requirements· Juris Doctor (J.D) degree from an accredited law school.
· Licensed in Florida.
· Proven experience as a Commercial Litigation Associate.
· Strong knowledge of state laws and regulations related to Commercial Litigation.
· Familiar working with large clients and consultations.
· Construction Law.
· Business Law.
· Appeals.
· Civil Litigation.
· Real Estate Litigation.
· Must have outstanding skills in negotiation and client interaction.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Experience with high volume practices.
· Highly organized, detail oriented with great empathy and interpersonal skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with spoken and written fluency in English, Spanish helpful.
· Must be able to multitask and handle high-stress, sensitive situations with a high degree of confidentiality.
· Ability to handle and keep client information confidential.
· This job requires the use and exercise of independent judgment.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· The ability to work well under pressure, and to learn and retain new information.

· Excellent proof-reading skills and the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.

Education· Juris Doctor (J.D) degree from an accredited law school.

· A minimum of 3-5 years of Associate Litigation experience required.
· 3 – 5 Years of experience in Construction Law is helpful.

Salary : $70,000 - $84,000
