POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated Level 2 IT Support Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in IT support. This role involves providing technical support to both remote and office users, ensuring all IT systems are running efficiently. A strong understanding of Office 365, LAN and Wi-Fi networking basics, and backup systems is essential.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000
Individual offers are made dependent upon a candidate's prior experience and education level as it pertains to the role.
Job offers are contingent on successfully passing pre-employment screenings, which include a standard 10-panel drug test and background check.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and support Office 365 applications, including setup, configuration, and user administration.
- Provides desktop support for all users; assisting users with inquiries and provides solutions.
- Installs network software and equipment; including changing the components of existing equipment.
- Provide and maintain computers, phones, and cellular phone hardware for company employees.
- Provides smartphone setup and support.
- Performs basic network administration and configuration duties for LAN, file servers, backup, and wireless network.
- Monitors the operation of the network and ensures hardware and software are functioning properly and that operation standards are met.
- Coordinate and interface with outside IT support or vendors when required.
- Document technical procedures and solutions in the knowledge base for future reference.
- Provide and maintain network copiers, faxes, and printers.
- Support multiple remote users with setup and troubleshooting various computer issues (VPN, Office apps, internet issues, etc....)
- Programming and maintaining two-way radio systems (ICom experience a plus, not required)
- Expansion of duties based on knowledge and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years’ experience is required in an IT Support Role
- Office 365 experience is required, and certifications are a plus.
- BS, BA in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, MIS, or relevant technology degree is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Windows NTFS, OneDrive, and SharePoint security a plus
- Experience in the following Microsoft products: Office 365, MS Teams, and Windows 10 and 11 is required.
- Experience with Apple IOS for computers and mobile devices is required
- Basic networking experience is required (DHCP, VLAN and basic routing)
- Ubiquiti knowledge a plus
- Excellent customer service attitude, customer focus with the ability to remain calm in stressful deadline driven environments. Will need to support multiple remote staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communicator with the ability to effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends to minimize inconvenience to IT users.
- Travel required to other locations when necessary. Must have a California driver’s license and be insurable by company’s insurance provider.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent planning skills, able to prioritize in accordance with business objectives, strong attention to detail

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- This position requires sitting for long periods of time working on computers; bending, twisting, lifting, kneeling, and walking occasionally.
