In our Raleigh, NC office, we are looking to grow our Technical Resource Group that works closely with our project teams to maintain alignment with CAD standards, QA/QC, workflow, technical training, onboarding, overall engineering and construction administration oversight. The Construction Administration Studio at Bohler acts as the liaison between construction and design, delivering our clients a greater value through streamlined CA and providing crucial insight in the execution of our designs.

What You'll Do:
As a Sr. Project Engineer (Construction Administration) at Bohler, you will:
- Provide construction related support and expertise to design teams and clients.
- Act as the liaison between construction and design
- Work directly with and become POC for contractors
- Perform the following construction related services:
- Review and respond to RFIs
- Shop Drawings and submittal review
- Site visits and observations
- Precon and course of construction meeting attendance
- Utility coordination
- Permit coordination
- Punch lists

- Bachelor's or Masters’ Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related fields
- 4 years of construction management or land development design experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and able to manage many projects at the same time
- Ability to solve problems using sound professional judgment, creativity and innovation
- Takes initiative on tasks and in coordinating with other members of the design team
- Ability to effectively discuss project issues with clients and reviewing agencies
