Duties
- Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock accuracy.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely submission of employee hours.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to onboard new hires effectively.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transaction processing and reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills and improve performance.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by motivating staff and encouraging professional growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficient in math for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Experience with POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct training sessions for employees.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration.
