Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all items meet quality standards.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or restaurant setting.
- Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently juggle multiple tasks during peak hours.
