Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while offering recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all items are presented beautifully.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and kitchen equipment as needed.
- Adhere to food safety standards to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent guest service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
