Procurement Specialist

Boingo Wireless is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the procurement process, ensuring the procuring of items or services from designated suppliers within agreed terms and conditions. The role focuses on optimizing value for the company in terms of time and cost while maintaining high standards of quality. This is an in-office, on-site position.
Responsibilities :
- Process purchase orders efficiently.
- Assist requesters in defining purchase requests as necessary.
- Determine the appropriate procurement channel for each request and select the most suitable supplier based on price, quality, and lead time.
- Manage new vendor requests and establish vendor profiles.
- Ensure accurate creation of purchase orders and address any related issues.
- Utilize required procurement tools such as Oracle, Smartsheet's, and Excel as per process guidelines.
