- Clear boiler grates, tubes, firewalls, under grates and scrubber of ash and deposits
- Uses test reagents to obtain test results from various boiler water, feed water and condensate samples
- Demonstrates excellent housekeeping practices throughout the power plant and all auxiliary stations
- Performs duties, such as greasing fittings and chains, maintaining oil levels in gearboxes, and reservoirs
- Operates Front End Loader, and Forklift
- Demonstrates ability to operate boilers and all related equipment
- Follows company policies, procedures and safety rules
