Scope
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Finance team as an Accounts Payable Associate I. In this role, you will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor. The Associate I role is responsible for processing invoices, sorting and scanning mail, and working with internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and will enjoy working in a team environment.
This position is based in our headquarters office in Boise, ID and requires onsite work 3 days per week. You will be eligible for hybrid work once initial training is completed.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions, including processing a high volume of invoices daily
- Sort mail
- Scan documents
- Work with Excel reports, sort within existing documents and download queries
- Use multiple computer applications throughout the AP process
- Identify and initiate process improvements
- Work with accuracy
- Work in a team environment

- Provide outstanding customer service to our customers
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications such as navigating and sorting within existing documents and downloaded queries. Ability to work with accuracy under stress and critical time constraints.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of accounting procedures and computer-based accounting (ERP) systems
