What You’ll Do
- Lead the team – Train, coach, and motivate Deli Associates to be their best.
- Set the tone – Promote awesome customer experiences with great service and a positive vibe.
- Keep it fresh – Ensure food safety, proper labeling, and accurate product rotation.
- Keep it clean – Maintain a spotless workspace and make sure the floors are debris-free.
- Stay stocked – Manage product levels and rotation so customers always have the best options.
- Work the floor – Jump in where needed to keep things running smoothly.
- Use your skills – Safely handle kitchen equipment like ovens, mixers, and more.
- Take charge – Order products and stay on top of vendor schedules.
- People person – Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive feedback.
- Problem solver – Adapt to changing priorities and keep cool under pressure.
- Tech savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic computer functions.
- ServSafe certification = a big plus!
- Culinary school or food service experience = bonus points, but not required.
- A passion for great food and great service = essential.
- You’ll work in a lively, fast-paced environment with a team that feels like family.
