What You’ll Do

Support the Deli Manager in leading the front-of-house crew

Ensure safe, high-quality food handling and a sparkling clean workspace

Deliver friendly, helpful service every single time

Help with scheduling, shrink tracking, and team training

Communicate clearly with both front and back-of-house staff

Stay stocked, stay organized, and help the team stay awesome
What You Bring

Food safety knowledge and a love of delicious deli eats

Leadership experience (at least 1 year preferred)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Confidence using Microsoft Office and kitchen equipment

Ability to work flexible hours—including weekends

ServSafe Manager certification a plus
The Details
This is a hands-on, full-time position with a physical component (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and moving around all day). You’ll be working in a grocery store setting with lots of customer interaction.
