What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Leasing Agent position at Boise Property Management?
This position is designed for an individual to perform basic duties of an office assistant/ leasing agent in a 115 unit townhome community as well as off site properties in Nampa. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organization skills as well as the ability to work with all levels of people and personnel.
Responsibilities (include but not limited too):
- Show prospective tenants vacant units
- Process tenant applications
- Market rental listings
- Be able to use Word, Excel, Outlook, Craigslist and Zillow
- Schedule lease signing appointments
- Answer incoming calls and return voicemails
- Prepare and post notices on tenant doors as needed
- Collect Rent, Deposits and Properly Document Receipt
- Sign new leases, prepare and sign lease renewals
- Pay invoices and statements and mail them out monthly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No overtime
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Nampa, ID 83686: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
