Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support production and assembly processes. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Duties
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools for assembly and fabrication tasks.
- Assist in the assembly line processes, ensuring products meet quality standards.
- Perform general labor tasks within a factory or warehouse setting, including loading and unloading materials.
- Utilize forklifts for moving heavy items safely throughout the facility (certification preferred).
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues to supervisors.
Experience
- preferred experience with installing siding and gutters
