Job Summary
The people analyst will be a key contributor in designing, implementing, identifying and improving HR processes that provide the foundation for an effective and responsive service level to the organization and People & Culture Team on an ongoing basis. The people analyst will have a solid understanding of the employee life cycle, understands HR workflows, and is an expert/superuser of all HRIS, ADP analytics dashboards and reporting functions. Answer key business questions to enhance the employee experience, improve operational processes and ensure new hires have a flawless onboarding experience. Ensure all employees are trained, aware and in compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Job Duties
- Process team member paperwork to include new hires, status change forms and termination
- Daily and weekly ATS/Hiring Manager Administration, as required
- Daily and weekly E-Verify Compliance Enforcement and WOTC
- Monthly review of management store level bonus on behalf of Bo Intel (This needs to go to finance or payroll or be automated somehow)
- Process requests for LOS Awards and distribute awards monthly
- Maintain annual Scholarship Program, processing applications, reporting results
- Respond to the courts and law firms for all subpoenas for inactive and franchise employees
- Coordinate production and distribution of HR reports as requested by Operations
- Backup for background check review, member of review committee
- Drug screens for pre-employment and promotions
- Look for efficiencies and process improvements that support transition of the HR team towards people processes and experience and away from administrative tasks as they are identified.
Requirements
- A full-time position that regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend assignments.
- Physical demands of the job are consistent with an office environment and include sitting, walking, standing, bending and stooping; ability to see, hear, and speak clearly.
- Ability to speak clearly and listen effectively operating in a professional manner at all times.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
