Job Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise 5-6 General Managers
- Enforce Company Operations standards for quality and cleanliness
- Monitor financial and operating performance; develop action plans for improvement
- Hire and develop management staff; support training programs
- Ensure compliance with HR laws; address employee complaints
- Implement sales building strategies and achieve HR goals
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds
- Extended periods of walking and/or standing
