Who We Are Looking For
Home Office Support
- Support and coordinate all administrative actives relating to the BRG Home Office space
- Manage reception and create a welcoming space for employees and guests
- Maintain general office cleanliness
- Oversee office systems which includes, but is not limited to: phone system, postage system, printer (paper, toner)
- Field and direct incoming packages, deliveries, mail, phone calls and voice mails to the appropriate departments and oversee The Hoxton Williamsburg Invoice email
- Distribute checks and donation gift cards when the main point of contact from our HR/Community teams are not in the office
- Coordinate, plan and organize small-to-large scale meetings, as needed
- Coordinate meals/gifts to employees and clients
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Book travel, including flights, cars, hotels
- Execute, scan, and send documents as requested by executive leadership team
- Assist with onboarding new team members (logins, computer set up, door codes, etc.)
- Research, file and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents requested
- Maintaining restaurant banks and handling weekly cash deposits
- Assist with accounts payables, when needed:
- Reviewing receiving logs & invoices from the entity’s operations for accuracy
- Entering payables and purchases into accounting software system, and flagging large or unusual invoices for approval from appropriate management
- Reconciling monthly vendor statements
- Cutting checks when necessary, along with depositing checks
- Assisting with New Vendor process
- Follow accounting policies & procedures to maintain internal control
- Curate and oversee all social media postings on social platforms including, but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook and TikTok for multiple restaurant accounts
- Develop monthly content calendars in Later to align with restaurant messaging objectives and established brand aesthetics
- Monitor multiple restaurant social media channels, initiate conversations and respond to community comments & messages referencing established brand and community guidelines
- Execute daily social media posting and scheduling across all social platforms.
- Foster and maintain elevated community engagement by executing an active voice on all social media channels by engaging with, commenting, liking and responding to all messages
- Maintain excellent hospitality by escalating any messages or comments from reviews to the appropriate restaurant team in real time
- Stay on top of social media marketing trends, research new channels and share key insights/learnings with the team
- Communicate specific restaurant promotions and objectives to marketing team for support
- Assist marketing team in any other tasks day-to-day that needs assistance
- Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and local Brooklyn media contacts and tastemakers
