HVAC Service Engineer: Responsible for providing accurate and timely service of HVAC equipment.
Essential Duties:
- To provide accurate and timely service of HVAC equipment as directed
- Perform general maintenance of HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot / repair / maintain HVAC systems
- Provide Service Operations with daily time and service tickets
- Maintain skill levels as required
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required
- Completion of 5 year apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Must have minimum 1 Journeyman license within MD, DC, VA and must have all 3 within 6 months of hire
- Minimum 1-5 years experience in commercial HVAC industry
- Must have CFC certification
- Experience with air-cooled, water-cooled chillers, VRF systems is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
Physical Requirements:
- Able to climb ladders, bend, kneel for extended periods of time
- Lift a minimum 50lbs frequently, and able to work indoor and outdoor through seasonal changes
- Ability to safely drive commercial van loaded with tools, frequent visits to job sites
