Compensation
Bold Charter School offers highly competitive compensation, in the top 3% of comparable positions across New York City charter schools. The starting salary range for this position is $75,000-90,000 annually and includes a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Supporting students and families in all daily communications, from greeting visitors to managing day-to-day inquiries, and upholding Bold’s policies
- Ensuring student attendance is recorded and reported on a daily basis, and that all student forms are completed, collected, and organized
- Supporting school systems and logistics, including school food, event planning, health and safety, and transportation
- Supporting progress to annual community outreach, recruitment, and enrollment goals
- Monitoring the school calendar; ensuring the building is ready for visitors and that families are informed of upcoming events and opportunities
- Modeling Bold’s core values and building a positive student and team culture across the school
- Demonstrating a mission-first mindset to ensure all decisions and actions are rooted in ensuring that all students excel
