We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to oversee our landscaping projects and ensure the highest quality of work. Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of landscaping crew members in various tasks including lawn care, garden maintenance, and tree care.
- Plan and execute landscape maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of all projects.
- Oversee the proper use of equipment and tools for irrigation, groundskeeping, and landscape construction.
- Train crew members on best practices for landscape maintenance techniques, including planting, pruning, and fertilizing.
- Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, making recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping with a focus on landscape maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of gardening techniques, tree care practices, and irrigation systems.

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred for transporting crew members and equipment to job sites.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
