Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of front office tasks, ensuring efficient operation and smooth communication between departments.



Key Responsibilities


  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls

  • Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings for staff

  • Maintain an organized reception area and manage front office supplies

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Assist in basic clerical work, including filing and data entry



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus

  • Proven experience as a front office assistant or in a similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to handle visitors confidentially and professionally

  • Basic understanding of office equipment and protocols
