Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to oversee our behavioral health facility's clinical operations. Duties
- Lead and manage the clinical team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal client care.
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to JCAHO standards and other relevant accreditation bodies.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote integrated care delivery and improve patient outcomes.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of clinical staff, fostering professional development and training opportunities.
- Oversee quality assurance initiatives, including audits and performance improvement projects.
- Manage clinical budgets and resource allocation effectively.
- Serve as a liaison between the clinical team, administration, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral health or related field
- Proven experience in healthcare management or medical management roles.
- Strong knowledge of JCAHO standards and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
- Current LPC or relevant certification is a plus.
