Carpet Technician

Boldt Brothers are looking for positive, self-motivated Carpet Technicians to join our team! Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building in which they work by performing various cleaning duties. A cleaner may be responsible for any or all of the following tasks.

Second shifts. Part- time shift from ( 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm ) Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

Employee must be aware of what cleaning solutions work best on specific stains as well as knowledgeable about what cleaning fluids may be harmful to the floor coverings.

Employee must be able to operate and maintain carpet cleaning equipment.

Employee must be able and willing to safely move furniture before cleaning soiled area.

Employee is responsible for the overall maintenance of carpet by using spotting, extraction & bonneting techniques of areas that include offices, cubicles, corridors, entrances, stairwells and other public areas.

Employee is responsible for upholstery cleaning.

Perform preventative maintenance check on all equipment prior to use.

Other duties as assigned by supervision or management.

Incentives paid with training and improvement.

EXPECTATIONS

Reports to work each day and on time, employee must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required. The employee provides excellent level of customer service. The employee must be able to accurately and thoroughly complete work assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

Walk and stand

Bend forward

Kneel down

Reach and grasp

Push and pull objects

Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, sometimes over shoulder.

Repetitive bending and lifting of items

Repetitive arm movements
