Bolin Enterprise Inc., a family-owned business started in 1986, provides a full range of pipeline and tank services nationwide. As an industry subject matter expert, Bolins provides their 200 employees with equipment, resources, and training through our internal quality assurance program.
While our corporate office is in Casey, Illinois, Bolins Pipeline Inspectors positions are hired within designated geographic areas based upon our customer’s needs.
Bolins is currently looking for qualified full-time and part-time Pipeline Inspectors to add to our growing organization. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
We are looking for candidates in the Mid-west region, Houston, TX area and Salt Lake City, Utah area.
Essential Duties :
- Perform pipeline coating, welding, and utility inspections.
- Identify hazards and problems.
- Collect and analyze data.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships.
- Communicate effectively with customer to provide accurate and detailed reports.
- Work independently and as a team member.
- Travel to designated worksite daily.
- Document and maintain records of inspections.
- Adhere to and uphold customer standards and procedures.
- Utilize coating and weld inspection equipment.
- Operate data acquisition equipment in recording and processing GPS data.
- Utilize multimeter and reference cell to collect pipe-to-soil potentials.
- Perform non-destructive examinations such as : ultrasonic thickness testing, magnetic particle inspection, and visual inspections per API 1104 acceptance criteria.
