Serving over 1,700 students on our four campuses in Grades Pre-K through 12, Bolles has a rich history in tradition and achievement that extends to our hiring practices and the professionalism and respect garnered in the independent school community.
Purpose: Support all aspects of the admission and enrollment processes.
Essential Functions:
- Manage the Admission Ambassadors Program to include recruitment, training, and coordination of student ambassadors
- Develop and manage Parent Admission Ambassador program in partnership with Parent Association and Enrollment Directors
- Create and maintain annual marketing materials calendar and liaison between Admission and MarCom to coordinate print and digital marketing needs
- Work with Dean of Enrollment and Enrollment Directors to create positive visitor experiences and ensure consistency in quality of visitor experiences across all four campuses
- Lead individual and group campus tours for prospective students and their families, as needed
- Develop and coordinate guided onboarding communications plan for newly admitted students from acceptance and enrollment through transition into the Bolles community
- Oversee administration of ISEE testing, including test scheduling and management of test proctors
- Provide high-level of customer service, ensuring that respect, responsiveness, and professionalism is demonstrated, and the visitor experience meets the Bolles standard of excellence
- Stay current in the admission profession through appropriate resources, websites, publications, conferences, and professional associations
- Adhere to NAIS best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience
- Experience in volunteer management and/or marketing preferred
- Working knowledge of independent/boarding school admissions preferred
- Experience in Finalsite Enrollment, Blackbaud, and/or Veracross and Clarity preferred
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with both school-age children and parents
- Extensive computer skills, with strong proficiency of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Canva
- High degree of initiative and creativity
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with all constituents
