- To direct and coordinate subcontractor activities to achieve project goals and timelines.
- To develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- To interpret and ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in shipbuilding/manufacturing or 5 years in both shipbuilding and marine outfitting, propulsion, and auxiliaries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
