- Directing his/her workforce in the successful fitting of all structural components of assigned vessels.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with other supervisors.
- Must have a strong focus on quality, production, safety, and environmental aspects of work being performed.
- Minimum of five (5) years of craft-specific experience performing fitting of structural functions.
- Ability to interpret standard construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of fitting specific processes and techniques.
- Familiar with standard marine practices and general specifications for construction.
