What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Supervisor position at BoLT Environmental and Industrial Services LLc?
Hazardous Waste Site Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Labeling all hazardous and non-hazardous waste drums and storing in accordance with federal and state regulations and Textron Aviation procedures, including dating waste containers as required. Hazardous Waste Technicians will also ensure appropriate segregation is maintained between non-compatible waste streams.
- Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of hazardous and non-hazardous waste containers located in the central accumulation area.
- Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of unused labels and waste storage containers.
- Performing Hazardous Waste Weekly Inspections as required by each site. For sites not required to perform Hazardous Waste Weekly Inspections, Hazardous Waste Technicians will check drums for proper labels and structural integrity.
- Correcting deficiencies found during Hazardous Waste Weekly Inspections.
- Maintaining documentation on proper DOT closing procedures and ensuring procedures are followed prior to shipment.
- Complying with all applicable DOT regulations when shipping waste from all Textron Aviation Sites.
- Maintaining compliance with Universal Waste regulations upon receipt of universal waste from Textron Aviation employees or other contractors
- Oversees all Eagle Industrial employees on site.
- Works directly with Textron Environmental Engineer to maintain compliance with all current standards.
- Manages Sprocket Work order run for assigned site.
- Reports directly to Project Manager.
