Your role as Bookkeeper Specialist (Virtual Assistant) is to ensure timely & accurate execution of all business administration & accounting needs. This role is also responsible for establishing and executing internal controls over the company’s accounting and financial procedures, including an always-current financial dashboard of the company’s financials & critical numbers.
While this is an extensive, detailed list, the spirit of the position is to holistically manage all aspects of business administration and bookkeeping, providing data and insights to help grow the company’s revenue, while also finding ways to reduce expenses.

- Bookkeeping Expertise: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in bookkeeping, financial management, and accounting principles.
- Experience using Google Workspace for collaboration and productivity.
- High proficiency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- Ability to understand and follow instructions given in conversational U.S. English.
