The candidate that will arrive with both a "...what can I learn today" and a "...what can I teach today" attitude will fit in well. If you know yourself to wait for every last instruction before you can activate, this might not be the best fit for you.
Creative Cloud mastery is required and non-negotiable; PC based Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills specifically. Experience in machine interface software(s) a bonus as well as video/web/social media, but not required.
This position starts as a part time schedule expected to be between 25-35 hours/week with a Monday-Friday schedule. Opening pay to be $23/hour for a fully qualified applicant, with a review at 90 days. After probationary period, additional earning opportunities and flexible hours, additional income for certain skills (some you may already have, some we can train) and discretionary pay.
While outside work is not prohibited, you will be expected to disclose all your outside work and show that it does not conflict/compete with our established business.
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing graphics for various print/publishing media, including social media platforms, using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Manage and maintain digital assets, ensuring consistency in design and adherence to color theory and typography standards.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance visual communication strategies.
