We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in analyzing performance, developing dashboards, and enabling strategic initiatives. Please note that in Warsaw, we are hiring only locally and Bolt will not support your relocation. If this role is interesting to you, and you’re currently located outside of Warsaw, please consider this role in Tallinn, Estonia instead. Relocation to Tallinn (our HQ) will be supported by Bolt.

About The Role

As the Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making to support and grow our Grocery Delivery business. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for analysing KPIs, developing dashboards, and working closely with global and local teams to enhance operational efficiency and business impact. You will collaborate with both, HQ stakeholders and local teams to ensure your insights fuel strategic decisions, optimise value propositions, and scale our grocery delivery services.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Analysing pricing, promotions, product assortment, customer behavior and advertisement strategies to enhance Bolt Food’s grocery offering.
• Collaborating with HQ and local teams to identify regional nuances, drive change, and implement global solutions.
• Using data insights to answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives.
• Building and maintaining dashboards to track performance, automate reporting, and support decision-making.
• Managing testing scenarios for new product features and providing structured feedback.
• Working with product development teams to drive initiatives that attract new partners and grow existing ones.
  
  
  

About you:

• You have 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or product analytics roles.
• You are highly analytical, with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills (A/B testing experience is a plus).
• You have advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (experience using Python for automation is a plus).
• You have experience with data visualization tools (Looker preferred) and can tell compelling stories through data.
• You possess solid SQL skills (no need to be a data modelling wizard, but being able to read complex queries is a must).
• You act like an owner: managing your own backlog and stakeholders, relentlessly prioritising for maximum impact
