We are looking to add an Aviation Strategic Development Specialist to our Aviation team in the Twin Cities, who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in a Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Community! In this role you will be responsible for development and implementation of business solutions, thought leadership and support for our Aviation Work Group.
In this role, you will be responsible for development and implementation of the aviation services market for the Midwest area. You will serve as the local lead for the aviation team and be primary contact for coordination with aviation group leadership team. This role will also focus on aviation outreach opportunities to better understand airport needs and generate new business opportunities. You’ll have the confidence that you’re joining a growing business line in an established firm and can team with great leaders.

What You Will Be Doing
- Inspire strategic vision that drives client success and growth by building and maintaining client relationships with regulatory agencies. (FAA, and State DOT)
- Proactively identify and contact potential new clients, candidates and strategic partners
- Performs business development activities (i.e. RFP’s, presentations, preparation of proposals
- Network and build relationships with new or existing clients at industry events and advocating Bolton & Menk interests in aviation industry
- Help recruit, build and mentor our evolving team in the art of consultative client leadership
- Utilizes experience, knowledge and existing contacts to assist airports in developing Aviation Hangars
- Responsible for the planning, management, scheduling and performance of multiple development projects and personnel; ensuring project teams develop and deliver strategic solutions for clients
- Travels to client and staff locations as necessary
- B.S. Degree from an accredited college
- Twenty (20) years or more of progressive experience
- Effective supervisory and team leadership skills
- Requires frequent travel and may include extended overnight stays
- Possess valid driver’s license.

Salary : $125,000 - $195,000
