Job Summary: The Line Cook is responsible for feeding our guests on a weekly basis. This includes both a la carte and buffet service.

Essential Functions
- Prep food ingredients for each workday
- Maintain the functionality of kitchen equipment
- Maintain an organized, clean, and hazard-free workspace to maximize efficiency
- Adhere to food safety standards
- Oversee the appearance of food displays and the quality of the food being served
- Maintain inventory of food items on hand
- Minimum two years cooking experience
- Ability to prepare food items correctly (i.e. eggs cooked to order properly)
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to listen effectively, to speak and write clearly
- Self-motivated, organized, fast and even-tempered
- Detail oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Requires extending arms, bending and stooping to reach materials
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
