Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including data entry, document organization, and file management.
- Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate records.
- Help with onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing new hire materials and coordinating exit procedures.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and personnel files.
- Assist with compliance and policy documentation, ensuring records are up to date.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs and HR events.
- Conduct basic research on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
- Current college student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
