This award-winning national firm is busy and adding to their staff! They’re looking for a dynamic Litigation Legal Assistant to support a team of shareholders in their Seattle office.
In this role, you’ll put your Washington state e-filing expertise to use on a best-in-class staff. You’ll collaborate with other paralegals and legal assistants to support assigned attorneys. You may also be called upon to fill in for teammates or take on special projects as needed.
Your day-to-day will include e-filing in Washington state and federal courts, drafting and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, and a variety of administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities may include assembling notebooks and binders, managing the docketing calendar, and conducting research.
You’ll need excellent communication skills and an adaptable nature to support attorneys with different workstyles and specialties.
After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule with three in-office days each week.
