LHH is currently assisting a well-known firm in Seattle find a Litigation Legal Assistant to join their close knit team! The ideal candidate will have proficiency with Washington state and federal court rules/procedures, electronic court filings, and docketing/calendaring rules. Washington experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- File management and calendaring
- Drafting and editing legal documents State and federal filing
- Scheduling, calendaring (including depositions, court dates, case deadlines, conferences and client meetings)
- Address and handle communication with clients, co-workers, and third parties when needed
- Maintain calendars, assist with time entries, coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reimbursements
Qualifications:
- 3.5 years experience of civil litigation State and federal filing experience
Salary: $68,000-$80,000
Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401k, etc
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote after training
