Generates and reviews all loan documents for lending staff, ensuring accurate documentation in order to minimize the Bank’s risk. Reviews documents against loan approval for accuracy and completeness. Ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and customer service standards. May coordinate the closing and funding of assigned loan packages; calculating final closing costs and disbursing funds.
