Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Inspector, located in Dallas, TX. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting aircraft components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks will include detailed inspections using precision measuring instruments, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to address quality issues. The inspector will also maintain accurate inspection records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and tools
- Must have A&P License
- You have a minimum 3 years' aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent experience
- You have a minimum of 2 years of corporate / commercial jet experience
- Experience in conducting detailed inspections of aircraft components and assemblies
- Ability to identify and document defects, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with engineering and production teams
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed inspection records
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus
- A technical degree or certification in quality inspection or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for aircraft manufacturing and maintenance
