In this role, you'll perform sizing and support analysis activities for design changes, improvements, and new aircraft development programs. You'll support the design process from initial concept through final production, ensuring the aircraft meets or exceeds all technical requirements.
To excel in this role, you'll need a B.S. in Aerospace, Mechanical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university, with a minimum of five years of experience in aircraft structural substantiation analysis. Proficiency in classical stress (static) analysis methods, Fatigue and Damage Tolerance (F&DT) analysis methods, and FEM based analysis tools is also required.
