The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of all IT systems, and providing technical support to staff and customers. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a retail environment.
Skills/Requirements:
- Proficiency in network management, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with POS systems and retail software applications.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linus) and common software applications.
- Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Ability to perform hardware diagnostics and repairs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high quality support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
On-Call Support: Must be available for on-call support outside of regular business hours to address urgent technical issues and ensure continuous operation of IT systems.
